Nele Lenaers - Why Mindfulness?
Nele studied medicine at the KUL, graduated as a general practitioner and retrained as an occupational physician. In 2015, in addition to her work as an occupational physician, she started her own coaching practice, where she enthusiastically guides people who are looking for support in various areas. She is a certified stress and burn-out coach (VESB) and a heart coherence coach. She followed a professional training in mindfulness with Dr. Edel Maex.
