Making wellbeing corona-proof for G4S

It’s all about adapting to a new way of living and working, a new way of wellbeing. Despite having to cope with a global pandemic, we believe physical and mental wellbeing has become more important than ever. With our corona-proof wellbeing trajectories, we’ve shown our clients that these items can be addressed in a creative manner.
Making wellbeing corona-proof
World's leading integrated security company G4S Belgium continued its bespoke vitality programme Vitality for You (V4You) during the pandemic. The ambassador programme, which consists out of 40 G4S employees, a.k.a. G4S Stars, still completed their unique coaching trajectory for 6 months with the ultimate goal of completing a quarter triathlon.
Company exclusive triathlon
Normally they would’ve prepared for the quarter triathlon of Antwerp, but grand scale live events were scrapped due to covid. However, Energy Lab provided a corona-proof setting and scenery for an exclusive G4S triathlon in Averbode in September 2020, which all employees successfully completed. Have a look at the aftermovie of this fantastic event!
Good resolutions for charity
For the new year, they kicked off their vitality programme with our Villa Rozerood Good Resolutions challenge, a challenge where employees try to live up to their new year’s resolutions in support of charity. An engaging challenge in which we provide useful tips to stick to their good resolutions this time. Because over 80% of all people give up on their resolutions after just a couple of months.
Activities nearly tripled
91 competitors, divided into 33 teams, gathered a combined amount of 20,106 exercise kilometres within the duration of this challenge. This was a staggering increase of 173% comparing to the registered exercise activities one month before the challenge!
With each kilometre, the charitable donation made to Villa Rozerood grew. Villa Rozerood offers families with seriously ill children and young people a respite and relaxation stay, with the necessary care. To let them catch their breath and recharge their batteries.
