MyEnergyLab is the ultimate online training platform for all levels of athlete. Based on your profile, MyEnergyLab offers personal and highly qualitative training schedules as preparation for your sporting objectives. Would you like to run a marathon or climb the Stelvio? MyEnergyLab can tell you what you need to do in order to make your sporting dream come true. You can decide when to train yourself using the easy-to-manage calendar module.

MyEnergyLab offers customised training schedules for just €1 per week.

How it works

1. Choose your sport (running or cycling) and your current level,  

2. Select your personal objective: train for a specific event (for example, the 10 miles of Antwerp) or for a personal objective (for example, 10 km in 45 minutes),  

3. Describe your desired duration on the training schedule,  

4. Determine the training modalities (number of training sessions, routes, training resources),  

5. Your personal schedule will be generated.

In total there are 25,000 different running and cycling schedules in the database that can be generated for you.

Your heart rate zones are calculated via the sport profile based on resting and maximum heart rate. You can also enter your own training zones yourself.
