What can you expect?

Are your cycling plans coming together for the upcoming months? And do you want the best possible preparation and guidance for half a year? We’ve got just what you need.

Your condition will be mapped out before the start of your general or physical preparation. The purpose of this condition test is to get you started right away! You will receive a 12-week training programme that is tailored to your personal schedule and considers your (first) goal. Also included: a body composition analysis (DEXA scan) and determination of your maximal oxygen uptake (VO2 Max).

A second fitness test will be planned in consultation with your coach. This can be after 12 weeks, but also earlier, for example 2 weeks before your first big goal. Goal of this second test is to check your progress, but also to determine together with your coach the ideal pacing plan and the feasibility of your goal. After this second test, you will again receive a periodized training program for 12 weeks, which is drafted according to your race calendar and personal schedule. Finally, we measure your progress with a second analysis of your body composition.
