recreational athlete you can achieve your goal more easily and
efficiently.
During a running condition test, supervised by a certified Golazo Energy coach, your fitness level will be put on paper. We determine your heart
rate zones and running paces via lactate measurements. You will receive
a personal 12-week training schedule based on the information from the
intake interview and your test results.
